Main Shipping Terms

FREE ground shipping on orders over $75 CAD or more (before taxes and shipping) in Canada excluding remote & difficult to serve locations.

All orders require 1 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page.

FREE shipping in the United States for orders over $99 CAD.

Shipping fees are subject to change. Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.

Processing Time

All orders require 1 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you’ve ordered.

Shipping time quoted in checkout does not include processing time.

Shipping

Aleppo Savon provides two shipping options – Ground Shipping & Priority Shipping. Please note that whether you choose Ground Shipping or Priority Shipping, your order will be subject to 1 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Ground Shipping

Our Ground Shipping is free in Canada (excluding remote & difficult to serve locations) when your order value is over $75. Ground Shipping will deliver your package using ground shipping methods.  Aleppo Savon ships using Canada Post.

Priority Shipping

Priority Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in Canada (excluding remote & difficult to serve locations) that is provided by Canada Post. After leaving our warehouse, Canada Post will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Should the need arise to cancel an order after you’ve placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible. You can request a cancellation in one of the following ways:

*Ensure that you include your Alepposavon.ca order number in your email, and/or have it readily available if you are phoning in.

Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery.
